This project involved coding a dating web site and the content management tool that sits behind it. The site has already been designed and the pages have been cut up in HTML. For a preview please visit <[login to view URL]>
We have also already created the pages for the content management tool, and essentially the two need to be plugged in so that the whole system works, however some imput would be needed on the content and how the two work together. The pages are about 80% complete however throughout programming we would need someone to add value in the project by advising us on small tweaks for best perfomance of the site.
Anyone with experience in this arena would be preferable, we would want the project coded in .NET to run on a windows 2003 server.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working website complete with content management tool to be uploaded to the server.
2) A copy of all complete source code of all work done should also be delivered to us the buyer.
3) The web site should be the compatible with w3c standards
4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition
5) The web sites & other server-side deliverables that will run on our server should be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
6) All functions within the web site should be included, this would include the ability to add photographs from events, ability to change FAQ text, promotional codes, testimonials, links to other web sites, add sponsors logos to homepage, the ability to add, edit and delete dating events, member registration process complete with the ability to report on members behaviour (if reported by another user), the online dating portion complete with the ability to vet photographs and profiles, the ability to send out newsletters, automated emails and for a list of reports to be generated.
7) Buyers will not have the right to redistribute the code for a period of 1 year without prior permission and not to the UK Market.

I am sorry that you have not yet had a response on the dating web site however this is a client of mine and he has been slow to respond, the intial coder that he selected to do the work really messed him about and he is now airing on the side of caution. I fully expect this project to go ahead and have been chasing him everyday, I would hate for any of you to think it was a worthless bid.
This is a site that has been in development for over a year and I am keen as anyone to get it finished.
Please note that I am only considering experienced coders with previous good ratings, so I am sorry if on this occasion you are not selected.
