Access Request Generator

Before reading the rest of the project description, please mind that understanding German *may* help you in this project. We need a website which similarly to [login to view URL] generates a PDF file, in this case a data access request under Austrian data protection law (we can provide you with more details about this). The PDF will contain the sender (i.e. the user who will enter their data into the form), the recipient (which the user can either choose from a list or enter into a form) as well as the body of the access request, which may have to change depending on the recipient and wishes of the user (e.g. recipient's country/language). The user can then download the file or choose to electronically sign it using the "Handysignatur" (mobile phone signature, the files for this are available from [login to view URL]). Then, they can either download the file or send it to the recipient by email. The website should also keep logs about usage (no personal data like IPs to be stored).
