Adult Directory Project

Hi, I am looking for a web designer to create an adult website (directory) from beginning (no template please) for me that will be able to host videos and pictures, self administrable, message board, ..ect… No advance payment will be given. Only escrow The person have to be excellent in English (and others languages is a +), good communication skill, and working time to suit UK Remember if the price is good, and job is great.
