Appointment Scheduling & Payment Booking APP for Mosets Tree

What is needed for (Appointment Scheduling and Booking Payment systems for Mosets Tree Directory Listings)

-A personal appointment scheduler for each Mosets Tree directory listing that a user (public user or registered user) can use to book a time slot and pay the Directory Listing Person(Profile) for their time/service.

-A control panel for Registered Directory User (service provider) and also a control panel for Guest Users (customers) that allows control and viewing options for bookings and payments. (all up-to-date info for customer and service providers with an email system for direct person to person contact)

There also has to have a way for front end usage of the system (not all back end work by admins) - it needs to be this easy: a new user pays membership to website, registers to joomla through OSE membership, adds their directory profile within Mosets Tree and adds the entry into correct category. Then within the newly built application they are guided to enter their bank info, etc. into the (Mosets Tree APP) and set up their appointment scheduling options (days, times available, price, services offered, etc. *This personal appointment service information will also be in the Mosets Tree directory listing for people to view AND search criteria for. So it would be useful for this app to be integrated in a way that allows for displaying custom fields from the Mosets Tree Directory.*) Then their profile and MTA schedule can be seen by X# of users. If a visiting user sees someone in the directory that they want to book an appointment with they need to be able to do it or be linked to it directly from that person's directory listing (profile). Essentially, it needs to be easy and direct for someone to come to the website, see a person they want to purchase time and service from and book the time and service. Notifications (email and control panels) would be preferred for all points of process in the booking (purchase, cancellation, changed time, payment sent, payment completed, etc, etc.) Just imagine what you would use and would want if you were scheduling time and paying for a service from a directory of service providers.

Esthetics an important part of it as what is preferred is very simple elegant in user interface design. Think facebook and Yootheme's Zoo.

Please note: This application would be needed to be used by thousands of people+. So database information as it relates to Joomla Tables and Mosets Tree tables have focus.

Please Note: This Joomla! Mosets Tree application (see notes above) needs to be built in a way that allows for Facebook Integration. Further: There will need to be instructions on our website for registered Mosets Tree directory members to add the Facebook Application to their personal Facebook page; offering direct access for instant booking to the newly built application for our Mosets Tree Joomla! website. -=- This function will allow for our Directory members to offer Facebook users direct access to their appointment book and schedule and book/pay through an iFrame,etc. on Facebook. MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS APPLICATION NEEDS TO BE BUILT SO THAT ANYONE REGISTERED ON THE SITE LEVEL3 PEOPLE (DIRECTORY MEMBERS) LEVEL 2 PEOPLE (CUSTOMERS AND REGULAR REGISTERED USERS) CAN ADD INFORMATION, EDIT INFORMATION, AND USE THE SITE WITHOUT ADMINISTRATORS IN THE BACK END BEING EMPLOYED TO ADD INFORMATION AND CHANGE INFORMATION.

IT NEEDS TO BE THIS: AN APPLICATION FOR MOSETS TREE THAT OFFERS THE FUNCTIONALITY DIRECTLY TO DIRECTORY MEMBERS TO ALLOW FOR CUSTOMERS TO SEE SCHEDULES AND BOOK APPORPRIATELY AND FOR ALL USERS TO SEE THE ORGANIZATION OF ALL OF IT NEAT AND CLEANLY. An application that allows for direct input of information for the working of a personal appointment book and payment gateway for each individual mosets tree directory listing.

*It needs to be built for each person to run their own schedules and have control over incoming payments and bookings.*

For customer's viewing of the available and non-available time slots and a way to select the desired time slot. Which then leads them through a process for setting up the appointment and paying/booking for the slot.


Customer becomes a registered user and recieves a control panel that shows:

***their bookings, previous bookings, bank account/paypal,etc. information, and ways of changing all of this (cancel booking, change time (while not paying for the new time but using the old fee as the booking's payment)

For Facebook:

This new built application needs to have the simplicity and show exactly what is being shown on each individual Mosets Tree Directory listing/profile. Since each profile in the Mosets tree directory has its own SEPERATE appointment book, the facebook application must be accessing the person's appointment book and payment settings. (which means that this mosets tree application must be built to allow for the retrieval of that information.)
