BreezingForms 1.5.1 RC1 project Joomla

The site is Joomla 1.5 and hosted on shared Linux server. The site uses the Joomla Component Joomsuite user for registration and has extended data in the database. The site has breezing forms component on it. No design is needed as I will customise to the site design. The form will only be accessed by logged in users. Access to the database will be given and can be used for development if required. I have created the following tables in the database for use if required: jos_trips jos_accommodation jos_duration jos_insurance jos_options The booking process Once the client clicks book now from the site the form will open. If the user is not logged in a message should appear telling them to log in or register. Page 1 On the first page the Name and Email address should be populated from the jos_user table The select trip should be populated from the trip_name, trip_location and trip_date fields within the jos_trips table. When the user clicks the how many people travelling drop down the corresponding number of input fields should appear to be filled in. (I am not sure about the functionality and do not know if a new table needs to be created). >>> On click next, validation of the page 1 fields, check if trip_event field in jos_trip table is yes then to page 2. If not go to page 3 Page 2 List passenger names with tick box beside each >>> On click next, validation of the page 2 fields then to page 3 Page 3 The same functionality as with Passengers on page 1 If 2 rooms selected then 2 select boxes appear with data populated from the jos_accommodation table. >>> On click next, validation of the page 2 fields, check if trip_flightpage field in jos_trip table is yes then to page 3. If not go to page 4 Page 4 User fills in fields. >>> On click next, validation of the page 3 fields then to page 4 Page 5 If Insurance quote ticked the passenger names from page 1 should be shown with a tick box beside each name. >>> On click next, validation of the page 4 fields then to page 5 Page 6 A summary of the booking should be shown. >>> on click request an email should be sent to the email address from page 1, and to the Breezing forms default email address. Redirect to a thankyou page.
