Build an Donation Site

I want to create a site in which people do a few things. First they create a profile with there first name, last name, city they live in, email, a picture of themself and a blurb about themself. I don't require email validation. I also require users to crop their picture of themself using fixed width and height, so all personal pictures of users are the same width and height. Next, they login which takes them to the introduction page. I want only people who have logged in to see the this page and the other pages on the site. This page will have text and a button which takes them to the home page. The home page will contain the users profile pictures of all users with their names above their picture. Next I need a payment gateway for donations (not paypal, I want the money to go straight to my bank account). The reason I don't want to use paypal is because paypal takes a while to transfer funds to my bank account and I need access to the money ASAP for advertising. I think I may also need the form for the credit card payments unless the payment gateway you think we should has one. Next I need a "delete account" button on the home page and the post payment page which will do one of two things. One, it will take them to a page which will contain a message as to the terms of deleting the account. Else, it will delete the account if the user has donated money. I require mySQL database creation and also scripting. The design is done. The total number of pages is 5. There is very little html and css to be done on the home page which aside from the form pages, contains the majority of the css and html. I want to use placeholder images for the structure of the site
