Build a Social Networking Site

Hello, I need programmers to build a social networking site with similar features like Facebook and many other features that doesnt exist in any social networking right now. I need it to be build within 2-3 months. Im looking for long term programmers who are willing to design any idea i get. Im thinking of hiring 5-6 dedicated programmers who have skills to create anything and put it on my site when i insist them to without saying no or can't ever. Im willing to pay anywhere between 50-60k INR per month for each programmer. Reply if any of you are suitable for this start up and ok with the salary.
