I also want to add a I business section that shares the same structure and look but a different color scheme and a little variety to differentiate it from the real estate version. As for the development work, at the moment the only two that come to mind are the loan calculator and a local sales graph that can be modified. Also, since it a classified it will need an admin panel and a payment processor, I'm not sure what you would regard that as.
There will be one main page, then around 5 others that will share the same look but thr content inside will br different. But one thing I would like to know, is it possible for you to fully code a classifies website from scratch, and if so how much would it cost?
