Building new RTL website using Joomla

I am looking for someone to build RTL joomla website in a very professional way something like:

Must include:

1. Home page

2. About us

3. Contact Us with subject options

4. all kind of gadgets so the website will give great experience to the customer

5. All Facebook,tweeter etc

6. Add a New list

7. login (user, pass) - optional

8. other

The website will present main categories in blocks on the center of the home page and by clicking on each categories will be transferred to sub categories-->to a checklist. Please check [url removed, login to view] this is the idea.

Only if you know how to build professionaly in RTL and know joomla very good then apply
