We are creating a depository of legal forms. The basic website functions would be similar to legalzoom - search for document, find document, fill in document and PDF download of a completed form. We would also like visitors to be able to create a profile account and invite others to collaborate on legal forms online. This could be a google docs or google docs like feature that would allow invited collaborators to make change requests and conduct negotiation online. This feature would need to track changes and allow the document owner to approve or reject those changes. We are open to working with PHP, AJAX, FLASH and Using wordpress or joomla as backend is ok, but we will likely have many custom requests. If website design is in your skill set feel free to include that in your bid, but we have other designers we can work with if not.
