Changes made to Blanco Magento theme

I am launching a new e-commerce store based on the Magento platform with the Blanco theme. I have installed both the Magento platform and the Blanco theme already. I am looking to have some changes made to the basic design of the Blanco theme which are mainly to the header and menu area. They aren't massive changes at all so this will not be a big job. However this will be an evolving website and I have big ideas for it so if you prove yourself to be a reliable Freelancer then this will lead to further (bigger) jobs. I have used Freelancers multiple times in the past. As you can see from the screenshot, I am looking for some basic changes to the header, moving the odd thing around mostly. You can compare this to the standard Blanco layout if you search for 'Blanco Magento' (not sure if this link will show up but this is the demo - [login to view URL]) I am looking for a font change (the one I want is a Google web-font), and a change to the mouse over display on the main menu. I can provide the full menu structure to the winning free lancer, as well as fully detailed designs for each menu options sub-menu.
