Coder to develop new website

I am after someone to develop a new site for me. The website will include WordPress integration, forum integration (either phpBB of vBulletin, whichever suits the coder) and a custom coded section of the website. This will have a MySQL backing, will have the ability for people to create groups and compete in online ladders. Multiple ladders will need to be created as well, so this needs to be taken into account. There are some other minor parts that need to be added in, but are not very big and are simply things to help make the management of the ladder easier.
Complete details of the ladder section will be emailed to the person who takes this job. We are after someone who can complete this rather quick as we already have a quote to get this finished in 2 months at $750 and are looking for someone who can beat this price or complete it sooner. All graphics have been completed and the design is all done, all image files etc will be provided. A lot of marketing is going into advertising this website and we are willing to offer sidewide advertising of your coding and development skills across the site as an added incentive.
