Community Site with business directory(Yellow pages)REPOST

This project entails the development of a community portal for businesses(including all the modules that come with it i.e. classifieds, contacts, chat, forums, articles, cms, etc) that are PAID users and the all users will be able to search for these businesses and view details(like yellow pages). Only providers who have done something similar before will be considered and NO AUTOMATED RESPONSES WILL BE REPLIED TO! Please enter the word 'corporate' in all responses. NO UPFRONT PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AS WELL DUE TO DISHONEST DEVELOPERS AND CONS OUT THERE. We are happy for development to take place on your server. Good potential in building long-term relationship. Please only respond with RELEVANT demos that deal with community sites and a business directory(yellow pages). Site must be CMS enabled and have maximum admin control. More detailed requirements will be sent to the relevant providers we deem fit for the project.
