Complete joomla website design with several integrations

We want to make a pilot website for a electrician company in Norway. We do sell web based accounting and project tool to this industry, and also deliver websites included. Now we want to build a innovative and "working" website, that look great but also have several features integrated. And all has to be able to install Norwegian language pack. We have hosting and joomla allready installed. But want custom webdesign based on electrician industry. We want booking system, so their customer can book appointment where they can choose staff, day hours, different type of services should be able to create and also estimate timeslot on different service/activity. We also want virtuemart integrated, just linked from main meny. But we need to have virtuemart send orders to our accounting system. Our system are web based and on mysql database. And we are able to import files from different internet stores. We are only interested in people with great feedback and have references based on similar work, and are able to build great design. Those granted this project we do want to use for all our future project for all of our clients, as a long term business relationship. It will be needed that you have full control of virtuemart, to import products from existing stores if needed in future project(Not relevant to this project) But we will have to deal with client that have large spesifics on how their stores should be, and we need to deliver 110% quality.
