Compliance Application for Lead Safe Practice

National company is trying to gain control over the lead safe work practice documents being used around the country by their dealers. Requirements are as follows: One of the dealers logs in to a dedicated single-use web page with his company’s pass code. The web site is hosted by the national company. The web page contains Lead Paint forms as fillable .pdfs, all in one multi-page file. As the dealer signs in, the forms are pre-populated with companies’s name and address. Dealer then fills out whichever of the forms are applicable, starting with entering the customer’s name, address, email and job number – which then auto-populates on all the forms. The Dealer certified renovator then “signs” the forms by typing his name in under a basic certification sentence. The forms can be saved in process and completed on-line later. Once final sign-off occurs, (i) the form is locked and stored on the web page or the national companies’s server – and retrievable/searchable by the national company; (ii) the forms are emailed to the Dealer; and (iii) the applicable completed forms are emailed to the Customer. We need an accurate estimate of what it would cost to create this system.
