Convert Flash Website to HTML

We have a completed flash website, which is fully functional and we are happy with it, however it does not work for SEO purposes and we have problems with users who do not have flash installed. We need you to turn the website into a fully working html website, whilst keeping the look of the website and all of its functions, such as upload, video player, music player, contact form that sends info to our email, registration and log in that sends info to our email, working links to shopping cart then back to thank you page, (see [login to view URL]) We also need you to implement some simple SEO so that google ranks us, anchor text, tags, good titles, no frames and add space for facebook comment boxes (we will give you the code for this) so that content is being refreshed. There needs to be an american and english version - the only difference being £ and $, but we already have these files separate so you will find this simple. We need a quick turn around since this was not a problem we were expecting to experience, we need everything finished by the end of tomorrow. We have all files ready to send straight away. We have two more big websites to build in the very near future, plus other projects, we are looking for a honest, hard and fast working individual or team with good communication, who we can use again and again.
