Coupon/Daily deals website similiar to Groupon

I'm in Turkey. I would like to create a daily deal site similar to the [login to view URL] which is based in Turkey/Istanbul. Site's user and backend interfaces' language should be Turkish. You must not know Turkish, I will help you which location have what words. I would like to create a daily deals site similar to the [login to view URL] where it promotes a daily deal to those who sign up. I would like to use the same simplistic website design they use where you enter a minimal amount of data to sign up. We have a name but don't have logo.
