Create a commissions and discount code system for my websites

I need to set up a sales and affiliate code system as follows, to connect two websites I already have that are based on wordpress templates.
I have two websites - One is an e-commerce site, where people can buy products - simple. I want to have a space for each product, where costumers can enter a discount code.
The other website, is a website for sales people. It is based on a wordpress theme. I want to create a unique Discount Code for each salesperson. So, when the salesperson gives the discount code to the client, the client enters it into the e-commerce site, and is able to get their discount. Additionally, I want to set up a page within this website, where the sales people can log in, and see how many sales they have made, month to month, and what their commission are for each month. When costumers purchase with the salesperson's discount code, the info would automatically show up in their log-in page.
If this can be done using the woo commerce plug in great - anything to simplify the process, using templates is welcome.
This is a website for salespeople. They can go to this website, and see what the latest products we have to sell are. Each salesperson should have their own login account, where they can go and check the number of sales they have generated and their commissions.
