Custom Wordpress Theme For Laptop Site

I want to have a custom wordpress theme made for me. The site I will be making is a Laptop Review site where I review new Laptops. I want to have some type of rating system implemented into the site where its easy for the readers to see my ratings for each category of rating it like "comfortability of use, battery life,speed ) and also have the readers be able to rate using a plugin called "wprating". Also I wish a few other things that we can talk about as well such as 2 colums, 4 banners slots for advertisers, sidebar on the left.
