Customer Management System

I have a requirement for an experienced cakephp programmer to assist with the development of an application. The software needs to do: inventory tracking customer management asset management secure login for users and their customers supplier management I am looking to do the work on a component basis eg inventory tracking. I will be doing the development work also. I am a experienced php programmer so I am looking for good programmers who can solve real problems and think outside the square. All code should be commented. A fixed price per component is ideal and that is what you should consider when bidding hence I have selected the lower price as this would be a component price the scope of work will be provided as well as database schema and design and ui elements will be provided.. All work will be reviewed and audited. You must have a thorough knowledge of cakephp and how to best optimize the framework.
