1. part we need to replace the block on homepage "As been Featured in" to the box with some popular links - i would choose the links and give it to you - and it would be filtering for example 2 things together - psycholog in city x, dentist in city y etc...it will be also for SEO purposes [login to view URL] - the listing of paid and free doctors....the whole functionality should be like this: Free doctors can be in the system listed, but they will not be able to use the calendar and patient will not be able to book them online...the paid members will be able to use the calendar and patient will be able to book them online...admin can choose manualy in administration if doctor is paid or free...and next thing...they will be separated under different level memberships - bronze, silver and gold (this can be translated)...and depend on the membership level, the doctors will be listed like this...if the doctor has free membership, he will be in bottom, if bronze, he will be above free, if silver, he will be above bronze and gold doctors will be listed in top - now if there will be 2 and more doctors with same membership plan, they will be listed depend on their rating - if there is no rating - they will be listed alphabeticaly..if there is one with rating and one without, the one with ranking will be above the one without ranking...admin can create and delete memberships...also should be able to edit durations etc...there should be 4 fixed membership levels (free+3 paid) and admin should be able to create or choose duration and price for each membership level... the membership will be choosen by doctors in registration process and also choose or edit in their account...payment by paypal...the final result should be intuitive and very easy to understand for not very xp internet users...the same system should be done in the mobile version as you are developing now... + 3 month support
