Customizations on chcidoktora.cz

I need to customize filters and search results in chcidoktora.cz. Main thing is, there will be edited website navigation flow for guests and also used another flow for affiliates and other websites, where there is the old navigation flow. Next thing is, that also the map will be showed for guests on search result page. It should be similiar navigation flow in website as on zocdoc for guests on all pages on website and filtering.
