Design a WordPress Website

Hello Designer We are in the trade of property project sales and looking to engage a good freelance web designer to work on a long term basis, creating a series of multiple websites similar to the below URL references. You must not only be very proficient in WordPress using suitable templates (customizing and adopting various for different projects) but able to incorporate other requirements like HTML 5, YouTube video inserts and plugins to enhance the responsiveness of the site or make it less static and dull. Hosting can be done through HostGators, preferably using cPanel that can be easily managed by us for updating. The most important thing is to create the "RIGHT" theme using the most suitable photos - ie. you should have lots of stock images in your data library, background colors/pictures that will suit the property projects that we are promoting just like below. It must look pleasantly pleasing, catchy to the eyes and brilliant in style. Most of the properties are luxurious private condos or landed cluster housing so the design must portray a dream lifestyle or aspiration one would yearn for. As the web designer, you must have an eye for details/initiative to understand the project's characteristic and propose to create a visually captivating website, though simple yet with easy navigation within the entire site for information. One that will draw browsers to linger longer to browse further within and leave their contacts info with check boxes on the type of units (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, penthouse, etc) and the price range scale they are seeking for. We are seriously looking for someone or a team who is/are really up to the scope and not someone who just want a one-time business. There would be many websites to work on over a long period and hence, we are looking for one that charges "very reasonably" and important is to CONSISTENTLY deliver what would be promised. If you or your team are the right persons we seek for, please do not waste each other's time. Please quote your best price and show us some portfolios that you have done in the past or similar ones would be great. If not, at least show us some mock up websites on the creativity and skill sets you have. Normally, we need the website to be up & running within a few days once information is delivered so the person/team must be equally committed to the tight schedule given.
