Convert school district web site to CMS. Advise on CMS platform, and customize to meet requirements. Provide visual and interface design, templates. Build out site so staff can finish adding content. See the included outline for the home page and architecture, and scope of site. Old site is pacificasd.org.
This will require fluency with CMS platforms, excellent visual design, and an eye for detail. You must be able to show that you've done this before. If you don't ask questions, then I'll know you didn't really read everything. If after discussions we agree on a different price, I will be flexible, just give your best estimate on your bid.
