I need a basic Joomla website designed and developed. This website will be for organizing embedded videos (hosted on a variety of websites) including a description of the video, a comments section, and a rating section. It will need a forum where users can register their own profiles, as well as submit content, and the ability to organize the videos based on a variety of factors (title, topic, etc). This will not need to be a complicated design, as long as it's functional and easy to navigate.
The website needs to be developed with Joomla and can utilize any free Joomla templates, modules, components, etc.
