Develop and Design multilevel menbership website Wordpress

Hello, I am looking to develop a website which will sell eBay / Amazon templates, applications and stuff...See example of website similar to what I want [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Website will have following features - Dynamic and easy to manage - Membership levels like free, $10/month, $25/month - Paypal, Credit Card payment integration - Cart System - Blog, Ability to post articles - Forum - Facebook, social integration - Basic contact us / feedback pages - Basic register / login form Once seller register and login; then we will show their products, database, they can use apps etc..Whatever happen after login, is not part of this project. and once you complete this project, I will give you that project also. It can be a wordpress or customized wordpress or fully custom. If wordpress, I will buy a template from themeforest, it will save you good time because it should have basic registration, blog, forum, contact up/, feedback etc..You might have to make color changes and design modification on wordpress theme I buy.. Please answer following questions or you bid will be ignored.. 1. Have you developed website with different membership level? Show example 2. Have you developed website which has many different web apps integrated with the website..? SHow example 3. I need clear and user friendly design. You example of best design you have made. 4.
