auction sniper bug fixes php

Hello, we currently have a few bug fixes needed for our auction sniper service. I believe ebay has made some small changes to their site since our site basically scrapes html code from ebay our site doesn't function properly and needs to be updated. Currently these are the issues We want to address. 1. Our service sends a "won" or "lost" email to the user to notify them what the outcome was. Currently all emails are getting sent as "lost" emails even when they are won. The status column in the database says lost if they win or loose. This also causes a snipe to not deduct from users account. We need to figure out the problem here and correct it. 2. Our software is suppose to check the price of an auction every hour or so via a cron job and update the "current bid" column. Right now every auction current bid column just comes up as blank. I believe this maybe from another cosmetic change by ebay and our scraping code may need to be updated here. 3. Certain customers outside the usa that are bidding on items outside of their country have a page displayed just before they bid on ebay that comes up and says "The importation of used or refurbished goods maybe subject to import permit requirements" they have to click continue to manually pass this page on ebay. Our code needs to be updated to see this page and pass it so we can get the bids through. 4. There is a small problem when making payment for our service. I notice some customers don't get their snipes or service added to their account after making payment through paypal. I notice that the email address they make payment from does not match the email address they sign up with for an account with us so I believe the code needs some updating here to make that work properly.
