create website (reprogram things on existing site)

Ok, so here's a basic outline for a new job I need to quote on. I'd be planning/designing the site but I need someone to put it together and do the development. Here's the client's current site: [login to view URL] And this is what they need: QUICK NOTES 1. Facebook, Twitter, etc to be added 2. Galleries need a full revamp -I HATE the way this looks right now. I do not want a cluttered look. I want it to look clean, clear and fabulous! ALL NEW PHOTOS WILL BE PROVIDED 3. Add on-line purchasing capabilities. NOTE: I'm not sure if this matters to how we set things up but we are planning to sell to Canadian residents only for now and then down the line (next year?) add the US. Selling to the US affects shipping/customs and I don't want to deal with that just yet. One step at a time. 4. Improve Media section - want to show Magazine Covers, click on the cover and then a PDF file of our featured work will open up. 5. The TAGZ site will essentially house two businesses - Wedding/Event + Kids/Holiday 6. We have a new logo to use and would like to change the colour/look of the site to something sharp and fresh.
