ASP/C# Forms for MSSQL (small)

We need the front-end coded for three paper forms we use: timesheets, invoice-coding and expense. We already have the MSSQL database in place. The front-end needs to be done in ASP/C# and should resemble the paper forms as much as possible. All three forms can be done with a customized GridView and some additional fields. Lookup tables for codes on the forms are required. We're not too concerned with the eventual layout and styling. We have some in-house expertise to create the necessary stylesheets. The rest are filled by sources outside this application. They're used for lookup and validation. The Expense form will use the same invoice database.
