Accounts Software + Website

Hey All Coders, I am going to be accepting multiple bid on this project as i have several tasks. i wont go into to much detail but i want a full accounts package, and a copy of the package made for the web in php or asp, but not .net. I would like some proposals for the following 1) Account software made in c++ or c for windows 2) Account software compiled under linux, 3) Module made so that the accounts software can be run standalone or run as part of a network 4) Website that is a replicar of the package Please visit [login to view URL] This will help with features, please post a full proposal in your bid, i am accepting new and established bidders, and the price wont win this, the person who can offer the best featues, and proposal will win. Future work will be available and possible full time jobs, lets see how it goes Hope to hear from you all - [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform For windows and converted to linux after completion
