Advanced Calculator and Print Application

We are looking for an advanced calculator application for the automotive industry. The application will allow a salesmanager to enter some basic customer information, vehicle information and pricing on the new vehicle, trade in vehicle and accessories. The application will then output a printout that can be presented to the actual buyer of the vehicle with several different finance options.
It will have to display:
1. cash option
2. several finance options
3. several lease options
Please also see the attached zip file for a screenshot of how the printout should look more or less.
The application will automatically calculate the lease, finance options, total price including all fees and taxes.
There should also be a backend that allows an administrator to set the interest rates, money factors and residuals, etc.. to be able to caluclate all the payments.
Application can be created as a desktop application (for windows 2000, windows xp professional and windows xp home) or as web-based application.
Eas of use is critical and the coder needs to have strong knowledge of advanced calculators, especially lease calculations with residuals, money factors, accessories that are not completely residualized, etc...
We would prefer to work with someone that understands the way a lease works and has created a lease calculator for the automotive industry before.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

AFTER TALKING TO SEVERAL OF THE CODERS, I WANT THE APPLICATION TO BE WEB-BASED AND IT NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO PULL INFORMATION OUT OF OUR CURRENT DATABASE. THE DATABASE IS A PROPRIETARY DATABASE FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY ON A UNIX SERVER AND ONLY DIAL UP ACCESS WITH USER AND PASS CAN BE GIVEN.
PLEASE REVISE BIDS AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ELSE.
