**Description** I need a application designed for a Alarm monitoring center. This is where operator will be looking at alerts and handle calls for emergencies. The concept is the same as the large security companies like ADT and Brinks Security. The difference in this software is that instead of support analog telephone signals. It will receive alerts from a IP based system that supports a camera and sensors. The system will upload the customers information including Picture of his family for the operator to view. if a alert happens they will then contact law enforcement. I has using MS SQL database to hold the information. I am also using a lot of .net programming. This application must have a main program to view all alert for a manager. And the application for the operation monitoring must be able to transfer to another operator if that operator leaves. The programmer must be able to think of anything that i might have missed. So we have one central application that can see all alert for a manager and multiple operators can log-in to their workstation. A .net application might be warranted here. And remember this is all IP based signals with video& pics being sent.
