What I need done: Replace the art at top page of virtual supermarket. The URL is provided in the file attached to this. It is the one with filename "atmark [url removed, login to view]" on the top half of the page. Specifications: - the site in question is virtual supermarket - public is woman in 20s or 30s, western people living in Japan. - basically the current should be replaced because customer didn't like it - it should transmit the idea of "supermarket", "feeling good" - the current one has the "feeling good", but not "supermarket" ("only a fruit booth") according to customer's words. - should be visually compatible with web site - poor quality photos will not be accepted; the one being used currently gives an idea of what is acceptable. - a poor cultural error is to put "japanese" stuff as motifs like gueixas, samurais, ninjas; this should be avoided. Again, see the picture being used now as a guide. Output to provided by the coder: - File at same size as the current one (600 x 350 Pixels); - File in both format (psd and jpg). Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: Once approved by customer, further work will done on the provided art; you may (or not) be asked for further to do it. Timeframe for delivery: Please deliver assets specified with *1 day* of selection (Saturday, Sunday, holidays included). I'm in a hurry and it will make no use to me if the work arrives after that. This will be *strictly* enforced and I have no intention to pay if arrives after that. Immediately after accepting, I will send a mail stating your deadline. Your first step is to confirm; if I receive no confirmation it is understood that you accepted it. Other stuff: Give me URL for portfolio of past work; providers without one won't be considered. Provider selection will be done quickly (24 hours); will contract more than one.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
