Auto Transport BOLs

I am need of a software program that will easily extract data from a web page, word doc, pdf doc, excel doc etc. and automatically fill-out a bill of lading with specified fields of information. The program should enable me to quickly and easily generate a bill of lading based on information from a dispatch sheet.? I currently have a self-designed BOL that is in excel.? So I suppose the program should be capable of importing the needed data into this excel file.? My BOL is in excel format.? The data source (dispatch sheet), may be from a web page, word doc, or pdf file. Someone who is familiar with dispatch sheets and bill of ladings would be preferable.? There are similar programs out there that will accomplish this through databases, data extraction etc., but I want to be able to customize this to my own uses without necesarily using a database.? I don't have an existing database.? The information will come at random and needs to be extracted from one form to another form. I hope this kinda expains everything, although more detail may be needed. Thanks
