Back-Port open source Argotic framework to .Net 1.1

Argotic is an Open Source project hosted at Codeplex that provides a .Net library used for manipulation of Atom and RSS data. The Argotic library is available for .Net 2.0 and .Net 3.5, and comes a unit tests skeleton framework version. This project is to produce a test-suite for the Argotic 2.0, then create and test a .Net 1.1 version of Argotic. **It will not be necessary to fix bugs identifed in the unit testing of Argotic 2.0, but if/where they are observed they should be reported to the Argotic web site.** Success will be measured by the ability to complete the Argotic unit tests in a .Net 1.1 application. ## Deliverables * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Wednesday Apr 7, 2010 5:46:52 AM: Hi all, I'm afraid my requirement spec has a mistaken assumption. I was under the impression that unit tests existed for the Argotic framework. There are actually only placeholders for the tests. Accordingly I have updated the project requirement to include the writing of unit tests to cover the .NET 2.0 Argotic framework. These tests will be used in production of the .Net 1.1 version.
