Capture third party application's document(repost)

I require a software which can do the below in less than 3 to 4 secs before the document goes back to the server. This client is a third party application which accesses the remote server and logs on. System software pre-requisites are windows xp sp3+office 2000 sp3+microsoft dotnet framework 2.0 sp1. The following steps are to be executed when the "OK" button is pressed in the application's dialog box only and not in any other application. This executable should start and run as a windows process(process name should not be dictaide or [login to view URL] as these are existing process names) with no user intervention. Terminating this process should be access denied for all including local administrator accounts.
