I have no particular computer expertise, so please bear with me. I have an idea for what I suspect is a fairly simple program, so simple in fact that it may already exist somewhere. Or, it may be that it is not simple at all, and my thought that it is just reflects my naivety.
This a program that I would use personally, as well as marketing with one or more applications. I would own the copyright.
In very basic terms, it is a program that would chain together windows, containing data, and would allow multiple chains to be stacked one on top of the other.
If this is not clear, or if the program already exists, please let me know. Thanks!

Sorry about the lack of clarity on this bid request. Let me try to explain further.
This program would allow for the creation of "chains of windows"...by which I mean a horizontal line of windows, made up of any number of windows that are lined up right next to one another (in fact, sharing side borders)...thus, a chain.
The chains would take up only a portion of the vertical height of a monitor... probably 20% or less, so that more chains could be stacked above or below the first one created.
Each window could be maximized, so as to be able to see more of the information within the window without scrolling...but the windows would need to be scrollable, at least vertically, so an unlimited amount of information could be entered for each window.
Each chain would have a name, for example "blue", and then would have as many windows associated the name as the user chos e to have. Data within the windows would be entered from an entry screen, either by selecting a numbered window within a chain or by entering a date, which would then put the data into the right window.
These chains could either be tied to dates or not, depending on the user's needs. If tied, each window could represent a day, month, or year (the user could choose how to set it up, if it were to be tied to dates).
Lastly, I would want to be able to link data within a window to either websites or graphics within the computer on which the program resided.
I hope this helps! If not, keep asking and I will try to explain further.
