We need a program to automatically add HTML and PHP coding to our documents. This program will have at least 9 unique screens, and will have authentication procedures.

## Deliverables

Specific information will be? available? upon acceptance. You are free to ask of me any questions you have. Authentication procedures will be MD5 used twice (the hash is hashed), and username and password. Username and password will be matched with a MySQL database. Also, there will need to be a 15-minute lockout of the program, even if it is restarted if the wrong password is entered.

Screenshots of a non-working prototype have been attached. Italicized comments at the bottom is more information regarding that screen.
