Copy of existing icons

Hi coders!
I had a someone create icons for my software but I think they are too colorful (please see attachment). I do no have the psd files for these so you will have to make them from scratch.
I would like someone to "copy" the look of the icons and provide them to me in psd or ai format in 3 states: normal, pressed and disabled. (Size: 35x35)
Here's more detailed information on what I need, in the order of the attached image.
Start: Same
Stop: Same
New: Regular white document instead of yellow
Open: Regular yellow, but with folder tab and no arrow
Save: Regular blue save icon
Export: Document icon instead, but with grid (excel export) and arrow.
View: Eye icon in another color
Help: Any color you see fit
+ Import Icon: Open folder with Document inside (and letters WT on it)
Note: The 3D look could have less depth if you think it's better and icons should be provided in 35X35 pixels.
So you will be drawing 9 icons in 3 states (disabled state can be just like normal in grey shades).

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
