CD/DVD Templates, complete with PSD FIles

I need a downloadble software that will allow clients to create theie own cd covers/dvd covers. I will need templates for cd/dvd menu with PSD source files.(10) I will need? templates for cd/dvd boxes with PSD source? files (10) I will need templates for cd/dvd cases with PSD source files (10) I will need graphics to them to choose from minimum of 10 of different subjects (will discuss when found designer) It has to be? easy to download onto their computer with instructions. It should be easy to change the colours of designs from the menu of templates to suit their website colours.? So, all in all I would like a software program which allow you to create your own ebook/cd/dvd covers with options on colours and easy to use.
