Data Process Aid

We need a web-based interfaced software guru helping us to build software assisting our data personnel to clean up some old customer/product/transaction data. Some high level description of our problem at hand and requirement: Over the years, our company has collected much customer information with pencil and paper. Thanks for the OCR technology, we were able to convert them to electronic database; however, the data were collected without any standardization which is causing lots of problems.
