Delphi PDF functions

We require a wrapper for an existing library or a custom header developed to access some simple PDF functions for access in Delphi 7 and above. Overall we wish to achieve the following: 1/ Load an existing PDF (from file or stream) 2/ Delete a region (or overlay with a white rectangle) 3/ Add text at a given size and font. 4/ Save the PDF There will be multiples of step 2 and 3. The headers should resemble the following:? TPDFModifier //Wapper for existing PDF Lib/DLL .LoadFromFile(..) .LoadFromStream(..) .EraseRegion(PageNo, X1, Y1, X2, Y2) .ApplyFont() .AddText(PageNo, X, Y, Text) .SaveToFile() We have source code in java that achieves the desired outcome using the jpod library.? Some of the headers are ported to Delphi. The project can be either: A)? Complete Java header conversion to Delphi B)? Implement own wrapper Please indicate which approach and technology you propose in your bid.
