Develop an application to track user behavior, and more

Hello, I am trying to develop either a webpage, or installer, preferably just a webpage, that users will go to, or install, that will track their useage of their PC. This is a game, not spyware on the Windows platform. This tracking would be known to the user, for the purpose of this game. It would track, at a high level (no capturing of data, text, screens, or anything of the sort) at a high level. Probably just the time one spends in an .exe or .dll. I would like to capture for instance: The number of emails sent, number of times a web browser was opened, times and time user-specified applications were accessed, etc. I would like to then assign point values (both positive and negative) to the respective functions, and be able to send those to a web server. Then on the web server, each user would be able to log in to see what their point value of the day is. That is part 1. Part 2 would be making functional use of the data. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and above. Perhaps linux/mac down the road.
