C# plugins: loading custom WinForm controls

I need an example application which can load/unload one of several Windows Forms custom controls as? plugins, and use them on a form. Timeframe: ASAP Deliverable: - Visual Studio 2008 (or 2005) project Acceptance criteria: - One sample application - Two Windows Forms Control Libraries having the same properties and methods (a textbox, property for getting/setting text, method for clearing text). Each control library compiled to a DLL. - The sample application can load selected component (say [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]), put the interface to a form,? and demonstrate the usage of the component. - The component can be unloaded, other one can be loaded instead
