A program that works with a 56k modem and will allow certain dialing manipulations

A program that will run on windows and will allow few simple functions: It will allow me to dial to a voicemail number using a usb modem in a regular way, hit some keys (the voicemail asks some questions), and then, the operator will ask a question for example: one + one = two, if this is correct please hit 3 if not please hit 6. I need to hit the 3 after the tone that the auto operator will sound.
