Addition to existing Wordpress site

Require an addition to an existing Wordpress website, to include the following functions: 1) Employee adds daily timesheets via Employee Dashboard (which is existing). 2) End of the week, these need to get submitted by the employee, which then go to an administrator user for approval. 3) After the timesheets are approved, an email is sent to the customer to log into the website, and gain access to their dashboard (existing) to either approve or reject timesheets. Links for approve or reject should be included at the bottom of each 'employee'. This is the need to approve or reject timesheets by each individual employee. 4) If approved, notification will be sent to Administrator via email, and reject will take to a field which will need to be updated by customer with comments of what is wrong with timesheets provided. This will be sent to Administrator via a submit button for resolution.
