Automatic addition box plus email submission...

Fairly simple project. I need a basic employee timesheet (see attachment) where a user enters his normal working hours. The most important thing is that I need to be able to edit the drop down menu and the Total Hours box automatically adds up the Normal Hours and Overtime Hours boxes. The form then needs to be submitted via email. This need to work on a Wordpress page.
