Our company just needs the foundation for a Wordpress template. The template does not need to be built from scratch, but can be modified from an existing theme to what we want. It needs to be easy to edit so that we can plug in and change text on the different pages. The template will be 5-6 pages max. We will take care of creating and typing in the text, all we need is the layout and aesthetics.
