Complex WP Loop needs a ajax front end post sorting function

Hi,
I have build myself a website for a restaurant and to make the food menu to show like in real restaurant menus I have created a new loop that shows:
Taxonomy ( for example Breakfast )
Menu item One
Menu item Two
Taxonomy ( for example Lunch )
Menu Item One
Menu item Two
Each menu item is added using a custom post type and the breakfast and lunch headings can be added as categories. So the menu itself works fine but as we all know there is no easy way to sort posts. I purchased the premium version of this plugin [url removed, login to view] but still does not work.
You don't have to use the plugin I bought, or the loop that i build as long as the menu displays the same way and the posts can be easily sorted in the front end.
