Create a "Click Menu" on the mobile view of a wordpress Theme

Currently it's a responsive theme with a plugin that makes the menu a select menu. I need someone to re-write the code to make it a click menu.
Please find attached files to see who it currently looks, and how I want it to look. Current-site is the current site and step1-step4 is how I want to sub-pages to appear on the click menu
